About payment methods
- We accept various credit cards, Paypal and cash on delivery.
- If you pay by cash on delivery, you will be charged a flat fee of 440 yen regardless of the amount of your payment.
Shipping
- Shipping is free for purchases over 7,000 yen.
- For orders under 7,000 yen, shipping costs are 880 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa, and 660 yen for other regions.
Arrival date and time
Once your order is received, it will be delivered within 2 to 5 days.
- Please note that orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day. (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.)
- In the event of a large number of orders or in some areas, delivery may be delayed.
- If the item is sold out or delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email or fax.
- There are periods when we are unable to ship products, such as the New Year holidays. If you order before or after these periods, the expected delivery date may change.
- Please note that during busy periods such as Golden Week and the new tea season, the expected delivery date may be delayed.
