What is Chamurie-tei?

Kawasaki-en Co., Ltd. was established in 1974 as the tea division of Kawasaki Kiko Co., Ltd. (a comprehensive manufacturer of tea manufacturing plants), which has been involved with tea for over 100 years since its founding in 1905, and was established as Kawasaki-en Co., Ltd. in 1982.

Chamurietei has been conducting its business activities with a focus on providing "family time" and "healing of the soul" through tea.

"Family time" is about protecting warm family ties and building a happy home...

"Healing the heart" means healing the hearts of family, friends, acquaintances, and everyone else...

We have come here with that wish in mind.

Chamurietei is still in its infancy, but we hope for your continued patronage and support.

Chamrie-tei's hometown

Kanaya is a historic town that once flourished as one of the 53 post stations on the Tokaido road.

Overlooking the Oi River to the east and the Makinohara Plateau with its vast tea fields to the west, this town is home to the Oigawa Railway steam locomotive, and is a place where time passes at a leisurely pace.

When the new tea is harvested, tea pickers can be seen everywhere, and the town is enveloped in the wonderful aroma of tea leaves being rolled wafting from the tea factory.

In Kanaya, a tea-producing region, we continue to love tea and focus on tea.
